Travel To Headington

By Car

Parking in Headington is very limited. We recommend those coming by car use:

Headington Car Park (OX3 9HP)

St Leonard's Road (OX3 8AS)

These are both about a 10-15 minute walk from the church, but do require payment with coins or by app.

Alternatively you can use Thornhill Park and Ride (OX3 8DP), and alight at Headington Shops. If you are aiming for the park and ride, do allow extra time.

By Public Transport

If you're coming from London, we recommend getting the Oxford Tube from Victoria Coach Station. It also stops at Marble Arch, Notting Hill Gate and Shepherd’s Bush. Alight at the Headington Shops stop. This is a 10 minute walk to the church.

Alight at the Headington Shops stop, this is only a 10 minute walk to the church.

Oxford Rail Station and Oxford Parkway are on the other side of the city. If you arrive by train, you will need to leave at least 1 hour to travel across Oxford by bus or 30 minutes by taxi.

For the glampers

If you are staying on site and intending to arrive on Friday or Saturday morning, there will be a coach from Little Purston to the church in Old Headington on Saturday morning. Please indicate if you would like a seat in your RSVP.
